Transit Time

Everything ships from our Warehouse in Mississauga, all in stock orders ship within 48hrs with many shipping the same day. Timeline to you depends on your location, below is a general view of how long it takes to ship from us to rest of Canada:

Ontario: 1 day

Quebec 1-2 days

New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan: 2-4 days

BC, Alberta, PEI, NFLD: 3-5 days

Yukon, NWT, Nunavut: 5-7 days

Return & Order Cancellation Policy

Defects, shortages and exceptions are required to be reported to us within 5 days. Please inspect your orders as soon as they arrive, Raptor Racing is not responsible for shortage beyond this
Order Cancellation
Once an order is marked "shipped" it can not be cancelled, you will have to go through a Return to get that processed.
Special Order parts that have left the supplier can not be cancelled, if you have ordered such a part we will contact you to advise and ask if you'd like to proceed.
Return Policy
PLEASE NOTE: The following Items are non-refundable 

1. Wheels
2. Electronics (Batteries, Guages, Boost Controllers, Headlights, Tailights, side markerlights, and any other non Diode Dynamic lighting product, stand alone engine management systems, and flash tuners )
3. Clearance Items 
4. Wheel Spacers 
5. Body Parts and many large value items can not be returned for any reason
6. Special order items can not be refunded once the order is placed and can not be returned under any circumstances.  If a part is special order you will be contacted to be advised of this, once approved the item can not be cancelled or returned.
Returns will be accepted for a period of 14 days from the day the order was picked up in the store or from the day it was delivered to your door.  All returns are subject to a 12% restocking fee. All returns must include original packaging and be 100% new. All returns are inspected, if our inspection reveals the parts are installed we can not accept the return and you will be responsible for paying to get it back.

If an item is to be returned please contact us and provide use with order/invoice number, date, item to be returned and reason. Returns must be approved and assigned an RA before returning.
PLEASE NOTE: If your order included free shipping, then the cost for us to ship the order to you will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty and Defective Parts

All defective items and warranty concerns will have to go through the manufacturer's warranty process. You must contact the manufacturer of the product to get it replaced or repaired.  Raptor Racing does not warranty any parts that are not marketed and sold under the "RaptorRacing" name.  We are always here if you need assistance but in the end the manufacturer of the part is who provides the warranty and the parts can not be returned to Raptor Racing.  Please do note that most manufacturer's are in the USA and many of them require parts to be shipped back directly to them, the customer is responsible for any shipping and transport fees.  Neither Raptor Racing or the manufacture's warranty covers loss of use, shop fees or any other expenses. The warranty is for the part alone.
