Jack Roush started at Ford as an engine development engineer in 1964, left to go racing in 1970, and spent the next two decades winning championships in drag racing, sports car, and stock car competition. By the time Roush Performance was formally established in 1995, the foundation was already built — over 400 race wins and 31 championships worth of engineering knowledge, all channeled into parts and vehicles for the street.
